Topic: Post-conviction relief - Time bar - Successive writ

Summary of the Facts: George Martin pled guilty to burglary and was sentenced to twenty-five years. No direct appeal was taken from the judgment of sentence. However, Martin later filed a motion for post-conviction relief which the court denied. Martin appealed, and the Court of Appeals affirmed. Martin then filed a motion for reconsideration that was also denied. Thereafter, Martin filed another PCR motion with the circuit court which was denied. Martin appealed, and the Court of Appeals denied that as well. Martin filed a third PCR motion which was denied by the trial court. Martin appeals.
