| Supreme Court: | Opinion Link Opinion Date: 06-02-2011 Holding: It is therefore ordered that the Administrative Office of Courts (AOC) shall implement the billing component of Mississippi Electronic Courts (MEC), known as Public Access to Mississippi Electronic Courts (PAMEC). Effective July 1, 2011, users shall be charged a ten-dollar ($10.00) annual registration/renewal fee and twenty cents ($.20) for each page viewed in the MEC system. It is further ordered the Supreme Court Executive Committee, upon recommendation of the AOC, with notice to the Court, is hereby authorized and directed to approve such other modifications to the billing component of PAMEC as may be required to further test, implement, and manage PAMEC. |
