Note: Per Curiam Affirmance. Count I: Conviction of Fondling and Sentence of Fifteen (15) Years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, Affirmed. Said sentence shall run concurrently with the sentence imposed in Count IV of this cause. Count II: Conviction of Sexual Battery and Sentence of Life Imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, Affirmed. Count III: Conviction of Sexual Battery and Sentence of Life Imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, Affirmed. Said sentence shall run consecutively to the sentence imposed in Count II of this cause. Count IV: Conviction of Statutory Rape and Sentence of Life Imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, Affirmed. Said sentence shall run consecutively to sentences imposed in Counts II and III of this cause and shall run concurrently with the sentence imposed in Count I of this cause. Count V: Conviction of Kidnapping and Sentence of Thirty (30) Years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, Affirmed. Said sentence shall run consecutively to sentences imposed in Counts II, III and IV of this cause.
