Note: Motion to Stay Post-Conviction Proceedings, Motion for Leave to Proceed in the Trial Court for the Clarification and/or the Resolution of the Petitioner's Representation in State Post-Conviction Proceedings and for Extraordinary Relief filed by petitioner is granted. This matter is remanded to the Lowndes County Circuit Court until June 5, 2006, for an evidentiary hearing on the status of petitioner's legal representation on his post-conviction proceedings. The post-conviction proceedings in this Court are stayed pending further order of this Court. Regardless, of any decision the Lowndes County Circuit Court may make on remand, this case will proceed before this Court pursuant to Puckett v. State, 834 So. 2d 676 (Miss. 2002).
