| Note: | This Court, by order filed on August 1, 2003, granted the request of Justice Oliver E. Diaz, Jr., for a leave of absence, with pay, until such time as the charges against him pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi had been resolved. Those charges have now been resolved in Justice Diaz's favor by two separate judgments of acquittal, and Justice Diaz has requested that his leave of absence be terminated. The leave of absence, with pay, previously granted by this Court to Justice Oliver E. Diaz, Jr., is terminated and Justice Diaz shall resume his judicial duties effective immediately.
