Summary of the Facts: | William Taylor pled guilty to burglary and was sentenced to twenty-five years. Taylor filed post-conviction relief motions on November 19, 2002; September 15, 2004; and December 29, 2004. All were denied. Taylor’s current motion for post-conviction relief was dismissed. Taylor appeals. |
Summary of Opinion Analysis: | Taylor’s motion is time-barred since he apparently filed it more than three years after his conviction. It is also barred as a successive writ. |
