However, Weatherly testified that he stayed in the examination room for at least five minutes and made sure Ms. Welker was not going to have an adverse reaction to the injection. 2 Adina and Forrest Welker (hereinafter “Welker”) in the amount of $530,000, and judgment was entered in accordance with that verdict.
