Topic: Aggravated assault & Burglary of dwelling - Lindsey brief

Summary of the Facts: Derrick Chatman was convicted of aggravated assault and burglary of a dwelling. He was sentenced to twenty years on the aggravated assault charge, with five years suspended, and twenty-five years for the burglary of a dwelling charge, with ten years suspended. He appeals.

Summary of Opinion Analysis: Chatman’s counsel filed a Lindsey brief stating that he examined the entire record and found no arguable issues for appeal. An examination of Chatman’s pro se supplemental brief and a review of the record shows that Chatman raises no arguable issues in support of his appeal which merit discussion on review.
