That either party may file a motion to re-open this appeal within thirty (30) days of any lifting of the automatic stay or the conclusion of Shavers's bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Mississippi, case No. 03-55729, whichever first occurs. B. G. Perry's motion for leave to withdraw as counsel for John E. Shavers is hereby dismissed as moot. |
