Note: Disposition: Application for Leave to Proceed in the Trial Court filed by Ricky E. Robinson is granted in part and denied in part. Within sixty days of the entry of this order, the trial court shall conduct an evidentiary hearing on Robinson's assertion of ineffective assistance of counsel for the failure to raise a speedy trial claim and enter an order on that claim.
