Case Nos. 2003-IA-02323-SCT and 2003-IA-02327 are remanded to the Leflore County Circuit Court for severance and transfer to the Grenada County Circuit Court. Case Nos. 2003-IA-02242-SCT and 2003-IA-02243-SCT are remanded to the Holmes County Circuit Court for severance and transfer to the Grenada County Circuit Court. The respective stays of these cases in the circuit courts are hereby lifted. Costs are assessed to the appellees.
