Disposition: On June 14, 1999, the circuit court granted PGA's Motion for Order to Quash Writ of Garnishment and/or for Summary Judgment. The court found that Sheffield failed to cooperate with the PGA in the defense of the action against him and that Sheffield's lack of cooperation nullified any obligation of PGA to pay damages owed by Sheffield to McDaniel.
