Disposition: The circuit court relied upon Zimmer's expert opinion and held that because the ownership of the rolling frame underneath the Blazer body could not be determined, the vehicle (including Bradley's red Blazer body) was subject to forfeiture and that title in the entire composite vehicle was vested in the County.
