Date of Trial Judgment: 03-18-1998 Appealed from: SUNFLOWER COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT Judge: W. Ashley Hines Disposition: Redd Pest Control Company, Inc. (Redd) sued Weathersby Chevrolet Company, Inc. (Weathersby) in the Circuit Court of Sunflower County claiming negligent repairs to one of its service trucks and recovered a judgment in the amount of $18,217.39. Weathersby's Motion for Judgement Notwithstanding the Verdict, or in the Alternative, for a New Trial, was denied.
