Disposition: The chancellor again ordered that Muhammad was prohibited from operating "an illegal slaughterhouse" but allowed Muhammad to slaughter animals "while engaged in a religious ceremony". These animals, however, could not be sold to the public.

Note: The Motion for Rehearing is granted. The per curiam affirmance by this Court on April 29, 1999, is withdrawn, and this opinion is substituted therefor.
