On remand, the Tr. Ct. denied Dr. Meeks' motion for summary judgment. Dr. Meeks appealed a second time, and the case was assigned to the MS Ct. of Appeals. The Ct. of Appeals determined that Dr. Meeks was immune to the lawsuit.
