Summary of the Facts: David Barnes pled guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to twenty years. He filed a motion for post-conviction relief which was denied. He appealed and the Court of Appeals affirmed. He filed another motion for post-conviction relief which was also denied. He appeals.

Summary of Opinion Analysis: Barnes’ motion is procedurally barred as an impermissible second attempt to obtain post-conviction relief that does not fall within any of the enumerated statutory exceptions. It is also time-barred.
