Opinion Date: 03-31-2017 Holding: Effective July 1, 2016, members of the Mississippi Board of Bar Admissions who choose to participate in the grading of the essay portions (MSE, MEE, and/or MPT) of the Mississippi Bar Examination as prescribed by Rule IX, Section 8-Grading of the Examination, of the Rules Governing Admission to the Mississippi Bar shall be compensated at the rate of $7.00 per booklet for the review and grading of each examinee essay test booklet. |
