| Note: | Petition of the Judges of the First Chancery Court District for approval of a new local rule is granted, and Local Rule 1.06(a) as set forth in Exhibit "A" to this order is approved. Petition of the Judges of the Sixth Chancery Court District for abolition of all existing local rules for the district and the adoption of new local rules as set forth in the order of the Sixth Chancery Court District of Mississippi attached as Exhibit "A" to the order is granted and the rules set forth therein are approved. Petition of the Judges of the Eighth Chancery Court District for approval of a new local rule is granted, and Local Rule 1 as set forth in the order of the Eighth Chancery Court District of Mississippi attached as Exhibit "A" to this order is approved. Petition of the Judges of the Fifth Circuit Court District for approval of new local rules is granted, and the local rules set forth in the order of the Fifth Circuit Court District of Mississippi attached as Exhibit "A" to this order are approved, with the exception of proposed Local Rule 4, which is disapproved for reasons set forth in this order. Petition of the Judges of the Sixth Circuit Court District for approval of a new local rule is granted, and Local Rule 1 as set forth in the order of the Sixth Circuit Court District of Mississippi attached as Exhibit "A" to this order is approved. Petition of the Judges of the Fifteenth Circuit Court District for approval of a new local rule is granted, and Local Rule 2 as set forth in the order of the Fifteenth Circuit Court District of Mississippi attached as Exhibit "A" to this order is approved. Petition of the Judges of the County and Youth Courts of Harrison County for approval of a new Local Rule on Case Assignment is granted, and such rule as set forth in the order of the First Chancery Court District of Mississippi attached as Exhibit "A" to this order is approved. | |
