Topic: Burglary of dwelling - Weight of evidence

Summary of the Facts: Ricky Deloney was found guilty of burglary of a dwelling. He appeals.

Summary of Opinion Analysis: Deloney argues that the verdict was against the overwhelming weight of the evidence, because there is no evidence that he intended to participate in the burglary of the home. While Deloney's version of what happened differed from that given by other witnesses, it was up to the jury to resolve the conflicts and decide who was or was not telling the truth.
